Refund policy

I gladly accept returns. Please contact me at lenta.markevich@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and return the artwork within 7 days of delivery. I don't accept cancellations. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me. 

Non-returnable items
Custom or commissioned artworks and Items on sale cannot be returned.  

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from damage or improper handling during the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact me immediately if it arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order. Please include photographs of the artwork and packaging so I can assess the issue and help resolve it. 

Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
